Click on the link up top to go to the blog main page and then scroll down and on the right there are links to subscribe. if you have iTunes click on that link and it should add it to your iTunes podcasting list.

if you want a real good general idea on numbers, I don’t think it’s be a bad idea to start a form. It might boost your numbers too :)
